Marcus Egli , Swiss born , has been an accomplished artist for many years.
In reality he sees himself more as a metal labour worker then a sculptur.
Marcus worked for many years with bronz until he discovers the lightness of aluminium.
And he starts creating L’Hominium, L’Homme Aluminiuim.
Egli’s Hominium is a tiny person, without a face and sexe.
Each one is molded one by one and a small mirror is given as the face.
Each time, Egli decides which role to play : solo, just the two of us or with many in a flock. No face, no soul and therefore no emotions , until after a while you remark your own face in the mirror.
